The third set of equipment for the state enterprise “Navoinsky Mining and Metallurgical Plant” has been manufactured and shipped. This time for a mine lifting installation (ShPM) type MPMN-3,15×4 “Skipovy”, the Zarmitan mine as part:
1. Asynchronous thyristor cascade ATK5-D2-600/1.2K-B32-B12-UHL4 designed to smoothly regulate the speed of the turnover of two drive engines with a phase rotor of the mine lifting installation (ShPM).
2. ShPM control system is designed for use in the system of dynamic inhibition of auxiliary lifting mechanisms.
In turn, the ShPM control system consists of the following blocks and nodes:
– device protection and control apparatus (single -channel);
– SPM brake control unit;
– temperature control cabinet;
– wardrobe of high -voltage reverers;
– ShPM control panel;
– Oil School control cabinet;
– Auxiliary drive control cabinets;
– ShPM control cabinet;
– A cabinet with DKPU sensors.
The set of equipment will be operated together with the mine-lifting machine, which is manufactured by the NKMZ PAO and asynchronous movements with the phase rotor AKN-16-1250-6-8-UHL4, manufactured by ZKEM LLC.
