In December 2020, our company completed the development, design, manufacture and supply of a set of equipment for controlling the following mechanisms of the cast iron mixer MS 2500 of PJSC “MK” AZOVSTAL “:
• electric drive for turning the mixer;
• electric drive for locomotive movement;
• mechanism for opening the filling hole;
• the mechanism of opening of a sock of the mixer.
Mixer with a capacity of 2500 tons is designed for:
• storage and uninterrupted supply of cast iron to the converter;
• equalization of temperature and chemical composition of pig iron coming from blast furnaces;
• partial removal of sulfur from liquid iron and slag

6. ACS equipment:
6.1 PLC cabinet with operator panel – 1 pc.;
6.2 Mixer tilt control panel with AWS – 1 pc.;
6.3 Control panel for a cast-iron locomotive with AWS – 1 pc.;
6.4 Absolute multi-turn encoder -2 pcs.
All delivered equipment has been tested for completeness and operability.
