In July 2021, the delivery of a set of electro-mechanical equipment for the test bench of SE “LRZ “MOTOR” was successfully completed.

The drive part of the set of electro-mechanical equipment provides all modes of simulating the operation of two turbines of turbojet engines (hereinafter referred to as “TRD”) together with the unit under study (hereinafter referred to as “YES”).
Converters for loading system of DC and AC generators are designed to ensure the loading of generators by regulated active electrical load with the return of electrical energy of recuperation to the power grid.
The direct current source is designed to supply the system for starting the power unit with electricity with normalized parameters.
The DC motor together with the converter must provide an imitation of the mechanical characteristics of the turbojet engine.
The converter transformer is designed to match the supply voltages.
The high-voltage cell with a disconnector and earthing switch is designed to ensure the safe execution of repair work.
Filter-compensating devices of the 5th harmonic provide filtering of the 5th harmonic during the operation of the converting equipment of the stand. For compensation of reactive power has 5 steps of automatic regulation.
The torque sensor is intended for direct measurement of the torque on the output shaft of the drive motor and its conversion at the moment on the input shaft of the angular drive (hereinafter referred to as “KP”) YES. Installed between the output shaft of the engine and the input shaft of the multiplier.
The control cabinet with a programmable logic controller (hereinafter referred to as “PLC”) provides control of the converters depending on the signals from the automated workplace and the selected mode of operation of the stand, and provides an algorithm for the interaction of the right and left drives.
Automated workstation (hereinafter referred to as “AWP”) provides a human-machine interface, archiving and visualization of parameters, communication with upper-level SCADA.
A set of backup equipment ensures prompt recovery of the stand after an emergency situation.
