A set of equipment on the basis of high -voltage devices of smooth start for fans of the main ventilation of the mine of the UK Krasnolimanskaya is commissioned. The object refers to electric receivers of the first category of reliability of power supply. The power of each drive of the fan is 3150 kW, voltage is 6KV.
The installed set of equipment includes:
-a device of smooth start-up type WUPP-PN5-C0-630/6K/1.75-V0- UHL4 (developer and manufacturer of NPP Preverter-Compulsum LLC)-2 pcs.
– switching cabinets (various performance) – 7 pcs.,
– a set of cells RU-6 kV- 1 set,
-condenser installation UKL56M-6.3-1800U1-2 pcs.
-transformer of the own needs of TSZP-160-6.3/0.4-U3-2 pcs.
The set of equipment provides the possibility of smooth launch of any fan from WUPP 1 or WUPP 2. The engine starting current is limited and regulated by the smooth starting device at a level of not higher than 2.5 of the nominal current of the engine.
The use of a rational power supply scheme and the choice of reliable and modern elements achieved the necessary reliability of the fans of the main ventilation of the mine.
